I am just as passionate about supporting other professionals in their counselling work as I am about my own practice. It inspires me to work with others that have their own unique way of working and genuinely want to offer the best of themselves to their clients. I offer clinical supervision sessions for students and qualified therapists. I work from a person-centred approach using the CHANGE model of supervision (Page and Wosket, 2001).

I understand that everyone has their own unique way of learning and practising. I strive to honour this uniqueness by working in partnership with supervisees to find the best way for them to develop and grow as a practitioner. Being neurodivergent, I have previously (in a different career role) struggled with supervisory relationships. Sessions could be too rigid and did not allow any accommodations for my learning style.
As a supervisor now, I respect the diversity of personal and professional development needs, and I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all approach’.

I offer a free 30-minute face to face or online initial consultation so that you can see if we are a good match for a supervision relationship.
